Men’s 1st Team

The Wilberfoss Tennis Club Mens 1st Team are currently playing in Division 3 of the Tyke Petroleum York Tennis League, captained by Charlie Dodds. In the 2019 season the team had a very strong year and finished 3nd in the Division, narrowly missing out on promotion.

Eventually they were awarded promotion post season! Thus they are all looking forward to building on this in 2020 and starting life in the dizzy heights of Division 2!

It is mixture of younger and older members, combining flair and experience from all players for some great results. As well as a strong focus on a social aspect outside of the matches, joining in with plenty of events between both Mens teams.
